Questions?

Do I need to know how to play squash?

Not at all. You do need to have some degree of hand-to-eye coordination though otherwise hitting the ball might be a little tricky 😉

Will my membership auto renew?

You can pay on a pay-as-you-go basis per session or pay monthly. In our experience paying monthly commits you to exercise so is much better for you (and me)

Which squash courts do you play at?

We’re based at the Westway sports center, Thorpe Close, just off Ladbroke Grove. However, I can train you at your local squash court though this will have to include transportation costs.

Describe a typical training session?

Every session will involve an initial dynamic warm-up to ensure that you are ready for training – typically dynamic stretches such as lunges. Depending on your requirements we then typically will have a hit, before moving onto more challenging squash-based drills for 30 mins.

Depending on client energy levels we normally finish off the session in the gym with some dynamic lifting and cooling down.

What if I need to cancel?

Life happens to all of us so as long as you give me 24 hrs notice there’ll be no charge for cancellation. Alternatively we can normally just reschedule.

How can I pay?

You can set up a monthly standing order, pay by bank transfer or pay cash at the beginning of each session. Payment by monthly standing order is the preferred method of payment
