Born and raised in Zimbabwe, where I was national schools squash champion, I moved to the UK 30 years ago.
I has been working within the fitness industry for the past 20 years, and gained my Personal Trainer qualifications last year.
Through my depth of experience with clients, self-study and self-practice I have become extremely knowledge about how muscles coordinate through different movements, giving him the expertise to resolve a range of chronic postural issues.
My passion and specialisation is in using squash to promote fitness and wellbeing. Unsurprisingly, my training style is all about attention to detail. (One of my rules for prescription of exercises is never to give my clients an exercise I cannot do myself – that way I know not only how to instruct the exercise but also exactly what it feels like.)
A true servant of my art, I spend the majority of my time as my own guinea pig, coming up with weird, wonderful – but always effective – ways to challenge the body. The rest of the time is distributed between lots of food, textbooks, and Sunday naps.
